When will my coffee be delivered?
In order to ensure fresh coffee, your order will be shipping within 1-3 business days of purchase. You can view the status of your order by entering your tracking number above. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
Since our coffee is perishable we are unable to offer returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with WYLDER for any reason, we’d love to talk. Feel free to contact us at any time at Wylder@wyldercoffeeco.com.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping varies based on your order’s destination and the shipping carrier. If you order a subscription, each shipment will have an associated shipping cost charged in addition to the cost of the subscription. The shipping cost for each item purchased will be displayed at checkout.
When does my subscription come?
Our coffee subscriptions go out on the first and third week of every month. Please allow an adequate number of days for shipping to your area from our Ventura, California roastery. You’ll be seeing your coffee on a regular schedule if you sign up for our coffee subscriptions.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Email us at Wylder@wyldercoffeeco.com. Since you’ll be in our roasting lineup, one more round of coffee will go out after you cancel and you’ll be charged for that final coffee. Beyond that roast, you’re free to sign back up when you’re ready.
Where can I ship Wylder Coffee to?
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. and look forward to expanding internationally in the near future.
